Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the AITD 2017 conference in Sydney. As expected, the line-up of keynote speakers was second to none, the exhibitors were cutting edge and the room was full of people whose job it is to help people learn at work.

Boards exist to create the strategy for an organisation in consultation with the CEO. We know the importance of systemic thinking required for setting strategy. It’s all about planning, assessing risk and corporate governance.
